PART-I of the UPSC application is submitted but not submitted PART-II

If only PART-I of the application is submitted without submitting PART-II, the application remains incomplete and candidature cannot be registered. The application is incomplete even in cases where the applicant has submitted PART-I and paid fee as well, but has not completed PART-II (i.e. failed to submit Centre, photograph, signature and photo ID card).

The earliest examples of miniature painting in India exist in the form of illustrations to the religious texts on Buddhism executed under the Palas of the eastern India and the Jain texts executed in western India during the 11th-12th centuries A.D. The Pala period (750 A.D. to the middle of the 12th century) witnessed the last great phase of Buddhism and of the Buddhist art in India. The Buddhist monasteries (mahaviharas) of Nalanda, Odantapuri,Vikramsila and Somarupa were great centres of Buddhist learning and art. The term ‘Scheduled Tribes’ first appeared in the Constitution of India. The Committee on Welfare of Other Backward Classes was first constituted in the year 2012, consequent upon the adoption of a Motion moved in the Lok Sabha on 21st December, 2011 by the then Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources. The Committee served for the years 2012-13 and 2013-14 before dissolution of the Fifteenth Lok Sabha. Bhoodan and Gramdan Movements initiated by Acharya Vinoba Bhave and their success

Bhoodan was an attempt at land reform, it brought about institutional reform in agriculture like land redistribution, through a movement and not only through legislation. Vinobha Bhave a Gandhian constructive worker, organized Sorvodaya Samaj and popularized that it is far better for a hundred families in a village to cultivate their land collectively and to divide their income than to divide the land into hundred portions.  The objective of the Bhoodan movement was to persuade the wealthy landowners to voluntarily give a percentage of their land which could be later on redistributed among the landless farmers.
